Characteristics:

Tuscany sausage is a long-life heat-treated meat product. The color on the surface is reddish with a grainy structure of raw materials seen through, the surface slightly wrinkled. The consistency of the product is firm, flexible. The product is shiny on the cut, has a distinctive mosaic of lean and fat parts, grains up to 6 mm. It is smooth on the bite and has an adequately salty flavor and scent of long-lasting meat products from the Mediterranean.

Durability:

Unpacked products store at temperature of 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%. Vacuum packed products and products packaged in a protective atmosphere should be stored at a temperature of 0°C to + 4°C and a relative humidity of max. 80%.

Structure:

Pork of at least 93% and spices.
