The sausage is made of sweet and hot pepper combination of a good quality. The aroma is pleasant, aromatic after used raw materials and smoke. The taste is adequately salty and markedly hot.
Durability:
Unpacked products store at temperature of 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%. Vacuum packed products and products packaged in a protective atmosphere should be stored at a temperature of 0°C to + 4°C and a relative humidity of max. 80%.
