The sausage on the surface is deep red with grainy structure seen through, on the cut with shiny mosaic of lean and fat parts of pork and beef. Scent is typical of a long-lasting meat product. Taste is salty.

Unpacked products store at temperature of 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%. Vacuum packed products and products packaged in a protective atmosphere should be stored at a temperature of 0°C to + 4°C and a relative humidity of max. 80%.
