Characteristics:
Sausage on the surface is reddish with grainy structure of raw material seen through. On the cut is shiny, red, distinct from paprika with a mosaic of lean and fat parts. Smell is pleasantly aromatic, after used raw materials and smoke. Taste adequately salty.

Unpacked products store at temperature of 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%. Vacuum packed products and products packaged in a protective atmosphere should be stored at a temperature of 0°C to + 4°C and a relative humidity of max. 80%.
