Characteristics:

Salami has distinct grains of fat and lean muscle under the surface. It is red on the cut, reddish on the surface. It has the aroma of spices used, its taste is salty and spicy.

Durability:

Unpacked products store at temperature of 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%. Vacuum packed products should be stored at temperature of 0°C to + 4°C and relative humidity max. 80%.
