Characteristics:
It is a long-life non-heat-treated meat product. Product characteristics: the product has a rod shape of 55 mm diameter. The surface is characteristic by look of used pack with imitation of mold, with a grainy structure of raw material seen through, dry, slightly wrinkled. Cut is shiny, distinctive mosaic of fat and lean grains, up to a diameter of 3 mm. Consistency is solid, flexible. The aroma is typical for a long-life meat product and the taste is pleasant of the ingredients used, slightly salty, spicy, the product on the bite is smooth.
Durability:
Unpacked products store at temperature of 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%. Vacuum packed products and products packaged in a protective atmosphere should be stored at a temperature of 0°C to + 4°C and a relative humidity of max. 80%.
