Characteristics:

The salami is shiny on the cut, with a distinctive mosaic of lean and fat parts, with a deep red pepper color. The scent is typical for a long-life meat product, raw materials used and smoke. The taste is salty and markedly peppery.

Durability:

Unpacked products store at temperature of 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%. Vacuum packed products and products packaged in a protective atmosphere should be stored at a temperature of 0°C to + 4°C and a relative humidity of max. 80%.
