Characteristics:

Salami is of reddish color on the surface, with a grainy structure of raw material seen through. The aroma is pleasant, aromatic with spices and smoke. Taste is a bit saltier, significantly spiced.

Durability:

Unpacked products store at temperature of 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%. Vacuum packed products and products packaged in a protective atmosphere should be stored at a temperature of 0°C to + 4°C and a relative humidity of max. 80%.
