Characteristics:

Salami has on the cut a deep-red color of lean grains. The aroma is strong of the smoke, the taste is sharper and salty.

Durability:

Unpacked products store at temperature of 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%. Vacuum packed products and products packaged in a protective atmosphere should be stored at a temperature of 0°C to + 4°C and a relative humidity of max. 80%.
