Characteristics:

The inspiration for production of this salami was the smell of popular Prosciutto. The product has a delicate sweet taste and a pleasant scent that complements the addition of nutmeg and coriander. A specially prepared pork leg with the addition of hard bacon and beef was used in the production as the basic raw material. It is filled into a cellulose pack with white fine print.

Durability:

30 days under storage conditions at temperature from 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%. Minimum shelf life also applies after opening the product. Once technological pack open use within 3 days.

Structure:

Pork and beef, bacon, salt and spices.

It is a long-life heat-treated meat product intended for direct consumption. Suitable for sandwiches, cuts, cold platters.
