The sausage is of dark reddish color with grainy structure seen through. The aroma and flavor are pleasant and aromatic of used raw materials and smoke. The flavor is adequately salty and markedly spicy.
Durability:
Unpacked products store at temperature of 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%. Vacuum packed products and products packaged in a protective atmosphere should be stored at a temperature of 0°C to + 4°C and a relative humidity of max. 80%.
