Sujuk is a Balkan - Oriental delicacy that has been popular since ancient times with many variations in preparation and consumption. The exotic and at the same time deliciously juicy character of this type of dry sausage is based on the basic pork raw material filled into natural beef casings with traditional ingredients. The non-interchangeability of the product is given by its unique shape.

40 days under product storage conditions at 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%.
