Sausage on the surface is of a deep red color with grains seen through. The deliciously spicy flavor is formed with combination of sweet and hot pepper of good quality. Scent is pleasant and aromatic from smoke. Taste is adequately salty and markedly hot.

Durability:

Unpacked products store at temperature of 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%. Vacuum packed products and products packaged in a protective atmosphere should be stored at a temperature of 0°C to + 4°C and a relative humidity of max. 80%.
