DANIEL SALAMI

Combination of meat from fallow deer and pork is used in the production of Daniel Salami. The spice blend with the undertones of the juniper and the bay leaf combined with the deer meat gives the product a pleasant flavor and aroma. The elegant look and still fresh taste are secured by wrapping it into a perforated foil. The product does not contain gluten and is suitable for celiacs.
