If you are thinking about how to interestingly handle the leftovers of the pig-slaughtering, with good taste and style, definitely try the recipe for a specialty that "hides" them all.
We can prepare the homemade pig-slaughter loaf very easily. First, on the pan in the hot pork lard, slowly roast the fresh sausages and pudding, add the onion, sliced on the wheels, before finishing and bake it till it is crispy. We hollow out the loaf with a crunchy crust and fill it in gradually with the bunch of goodies, which we have previously heat treated. Combine them with side dish according to taste - either traditionally with mustard, sour pickles, chopped mixed pickles or fresh vegetables.
