Analysis of the results of the disputed consumer test showed that the TAURIS Spiš frankfurters had to gain at least 65 percent instead of the 19 percent rating. The color of E120 remains unexplained.

The leading producer of meat products, TAURIS Group, seriously suspects that the Spiš frankfurters test published by the Association of Consumers in the Slovak Republic could have been manipulated or inaccurate, as evidenced by the silence of its authors who have not yet published their methodology. The company therefore insists on a public call to the consumer association: Publish procedures and complete documentation or apologize.
