The tradition of the pig-slaughtering of our ancestors is united in the Old Slavic meat brawn. We enlarged the pig-slaughtering specialties of brawn with emphasis on a higher meat content, unsmoked and without pepper, made from pork knuckles. Enjoy feasting and seating by a good meal with Old Slavic meat brawn and enjoy the atmosphere of a real pig-slaughtering.
